Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the operator of Accident Case Review handles information submitted through the case review form on this website.
What we collect
We collect only what the form asks for, plus the minimum needed to prove consent:
- Contact details — your first and last name, phone number, and email address.
- Accident details — the date, your role in the accident, whether you were injured, whether you have received treatment, who you believe was at fault, whether you are already represented, and anything you choose to add in the optional notes field.
- Location — the street address, city, state, and ZIP code you enter.
- Consent evidence — the IP address the submission came from, your browser's user-agent string, and the version of the consent wording you agreed to. The IP address is stored encrypted and is never passed on to anyone we send your inquiry to.
This site sets no cookies. It loads no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media widgets, no external fonts, and no third-party images. Every asset on the page is served from this domain, so no other company observes your visit.
Why we collect it
To review your inquiry and, where appropriate, to pass it to a service provider for a case evaluation, and to contact you about it at the details you gave us. The consent evidence exists so that we can show, later, that you asked to be contacted.
We do not sell your information as a mailing list, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile of you.
Who it is shared with
Details you submit may be transmitted to a service provider that performs case evaluations. That transfer carries the fields you entered on the form. It does not carry your IP address, your user-agent string, the page you arrived from, or any other information about your device or browsing — those are structurally excluded from what leaves this system.
We do not otherwise disclose your information, except where we are required to by law.
How long it is kept
- Consent evidence, including the encrypted IP address, is deleted after 400 days (about 13 months).
- The personal details you submitted are erased after 400 days (about 13 months).
- The remaining record — with the personal details already removed — is deleted after 1095 days (about 3 years).
These boundaries are applied by an automated retention process rather than left to someone remembering to run a deletion.
Security
The form is served over an encrypted connection and submits only to this domain. Your browser never contacts any downstream system directly. Stored consent evidence is encrypted at rest.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and you can ask us to delete the information you submitted. If you have been contacted about your inquiry, replying to that contact and asking us to delete your information is enough.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the right to access it or to have it corrected. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold.
Children
This form is not intended for use by anyone under 18. Please do not submit information about a minor through it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Information already submitted continues to be handled under the retention boundaries described above.
